NADI TO NAMODU

Nadi = a river ,..nadi daatadam = to cross the river
Nannooru = four hundred
Nanju = the term given by the indians to the pains which commonly succed a severe illness and which is considered by them as a disorder in itself
Nanjudu = meat of any kind
Nambaru = anke , sankhya
Napumsakathvam = impotency
Napumsakudu = an impotent man
Nafaa = profit ,gain , advantage
Nammaku = salt ..,nammaku mahallu = the salt pans ..,nammaku purokthu = the sale of salt
Nammadam = to trust ,to confide ,to reley on
Namaladam = to chew ,to masticate ,to gnaw
Namaskaaram = this is an expression used by one brahmin to another ,on meeting together ,when they at the same time make th dundum.this is seldom practised by the other castes ,unless by raatsavaars or kshathriyas who are reckoned the next caste to the brahmins..,
Namodu = enrollment
