THUDAVADAM TO THULLADAM

Thudavadam = to wipe , to clean, to rub
Thudupu = an erasure or blotting out
Thudumu = a species of small kettle drum ,the bottom being made of wood ..it is slung round the neck and beat with two slender sticks on public occasions..it is usually called a tom-tom
Thuda = an end = chivara
Thunaka = a piece or part ,a quarter
Thunchadam = to pluck , to gather ,to break off
Thuntari = impudence ..= thulava
Thumpara = a small rain or slight shower ...,noti thumparlu = a slavering in speech
Thuppa = a bush = donka
Thupaki = a musket or firelock .., thelaga thupaki = a match lock ..,chekumuki Thupaki = a fire lock ..,veta thupaki = a fowling - piece.
Thuppu = rust ..,thuppu inumu = rusty iron..
Thufanu = a veru voilent gale .,frequently termed typhoon
Thummachettu = the thumma or babul tree..,
Thummadam = a sneeze

Thulasi chettu = the sacred basil ,well known in ndia.the leaf is considered a great sweetener of the blood , when infused in hot water and taken in the manner of tea .the stalk of this plant is made into beads ,to form the rosary ,which the long marked brahmins use ..= poosa.
Thulladam = to be elated ,to show pride
