PIKKA TO PILLA

Pikka ,kaali pikka = the calf of the leg
Pikkadam = to cheat ,to swindle
Pikili pitta = the name of a beautiful bird ,nearly the size and shape of our nightingale ...the indians teach these birds to fight ,by pecking at each other
Pichchi ,pichcha = madness ..,pichcha also means shortness of measurement ..,pichcha manika = a measure ,short of measurement.
Pichchika ,pichchuka = the sparrow
Pitta = a bird
Pidaka = round cake of dried cowdung ,which the people of india use for fuel, as we do peat or turf in europe
pidi = the handle
Pidikili = a fist or clenched hand
Pidugu = a thunder bolt
Pithakadam = to milk
Pithryam = a patrimony.
Pinna = young , pina thandri = uncle or father's younger brother..,pinna thanam = childhood
Pincham ,nemali pincham = the peocock's tail
Pindadam = to press ,to squeeze ,to wring
Pindamu = a foetus ,the offspring still in the womb.
Pindi = flour , applied to all grains ground into a powder ..,thelaka pindi = the grounds or sediment of the oil seeds.
Pinda ,pinde = young fruits ,just budding forth..
Pippali ,pippallu = long pepper ..
Piyyi ,peethi ,peethillu = human excrement ..
Priyam = dearness ,high price ..,priyamaina snehithudu = dear friend
Piriki = cowardly ,timorous ..,pirikivaadu = a timid..,pirikithanam = fearfulness..
Pirudu ,pirra = a buttock
Pilla ,pilla kaaya = a child ..,aada pilla = a girl ..,maga pilla = a boy ..,kukka pilla = a puppy
